Shannon Bray is a Microsoft Certified Trainer, and teaches the preparatory courses for the Microsoft SharePoint certification exams.  This will be Shannon's first of three presentations covering the basics of MOSS Administration.  In this fast-paced session she'll fast track 30 topics in 60 minutes to help you prepare for the Configuring Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 exam. Upon completion of this session you will understand the key exam topic areas and how to better focus your study efforts.  Future presentations by Shannon will cover the Basics of WSS Administration, and Deep Dive inside the MOSSS Index and Search Engines.

7:30 pm - 8:00 pm - How to Properly Plan, Organize and Centralize your Data in WSS and MOSS using Site Columns and Content Types - Presented by Doug Ortiz, Sr. Consultant for SharePoint Experts, Inc.

Get ready for tons of great information, and awesome demos!  In this presentation, Doug will start off by showing you how to identify data that can be shared throughout your organization.  He'll then show how you can convert shareable data into Site Columns and Content Types.  You'll even learn how to maintain your data in a centralized manner, and how to utilize data across a site collection.
